Icfp CFT exercise sheets

These are the exercise sheets and partial solutions for the CFT lecture given at the Master ICFP in the academic year 2025-2026.

The course introduces CFT in the bootstrap approach, mostly specialising to two dimensions. It introduces the Virasoro algebra and its representations, defines the conformal blocks. We also define CFTs such as minimal models, Liouville theory and loop models by solving crossing symmetry and other constraints or assumptions. CFTs with extra symmetries beyond conformal symmetry are also defined, such as free bosons and Wess-Zumino-Witten models.
